Jagital, Feb. 10 -- In a scathing attack on the Congress government, BRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha on Monday compared Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy's governance to a "China phone," contrasting it with the "iPhone-like governance" of former CM K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR).
