Thoothukudi, Aug. 4 -- VinFast, a Vietnamese Electric Vehicle (EV) manufacturer, today officially inaugurated its electric vehicle assembly plant at the State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu (SIPCOT) Industrial Park in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, India, according to a press release issued today.
