Shimla, April 22 -- The Union Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways, Ajay Tamta, launched a scathing attack on the Himachal Pradesh Congress government, accusing it of obstructing development by not cooperating with the Central government on key infrastructure projects.
Speaking at the Ambedkar Samman Sabha event in Shimla, Tamta said that land acquisition hurdles and incomplete Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for major infrastructure initiatives were stalling progress in the hill state.
