New Delhi, June 23 -- Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar on Monday said that strengthening Bharat is the governing philosophy and resolve of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government at the Centre. He was speaking at the launch of the book 'New World: 21st Century Global Order in India' by Ram Madhav in Delhi.

"Friends, today, strengthening Bharat is the governing philosophy and resolve of this government. It is steadfast, firm, non-negotiable, and notwithstanding the critics -- it is spinally strong.
