Colombo, April 5 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that Sri Lanka has a special place in India's Neighbourhood First policy and Vision Mahasagar. He said that India has adopted the vision of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas' and places great importance on the priorities of its partner nations.
