Jodhpur, July 10 -- Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal on Thursday slammed the Congress for making the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise being carried out by the Election Commission an issue, saying that the revision of the voter list has happened several times, even during their tenure.

He said that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government in Bihar has carried out several development works and is expected to win the upcoming elections.
