Srinagar, July 5 -- Union Minister for Agriculture, Farmers' Welfare and Rural Development Shivraj Singh Chouhan attended the sixth convocation ceremony of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST-K), Srinagar, and conferred degrees upon the graduates.

On the second day of his visit to Jammu & Kashmir on Friday, Shivraj Singh said, "I've been in Srinagar since yesterday.
