Monrovia, June 3 -- In a significant diplomatic outreach, Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde, leading an all-party Indian parliamentary delegation became the only Indian Member of Parliamentto address two West African parliaments -- the Republic of Sierra Leone and the Republic of Liberia, a statement from Shinde's office quoting him said.
