Mumbai, Feb. 29 -- The Nashik police has registered an offence under the stringent Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) against UBT Shiv Sena leader Sudhakar Badgujar after he was seen partying with Salim Kutta, a close aide of Dawood Ibrahim and a convict in the 1993 serial bomb blast case, an official said.

Meanwhile, the spokesperson and deputy leader of Shiv Sena Sheetal Mhatre on Thrusday claimed that the police have information that money was given in the party and added that all this will come out in the investigation.
