New Delhi, Jan. 30 -- Directing the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to immediately undo all coercive actions, a Special Court under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) at Patiala House Courts has ordered the release of all seized and frozen assets, withdrawal of Look Out Circulars (LoCs), non-bailable warrants, Red Corner Notices and extradition requests, and deletion of names from the list of fugitives in the Sterling Biotech-Sandesara brothers matter.

The Special Judge (PMLA) further directed the ED to restore all attached properties forthwith to the lawful claimants under Section 8(8) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, after due verification and completion of necessary formalities.
