New Delhi, May 15 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Nalin Kohli on Thursday slammed Congress over its announcement to hold 'Jai Hind' rallies highlighting the "silence" of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the role of United States in announcing "ceasefire" between India and Pakistan, saying that the opposition party had a habit of asking questions, but "runs away" when asked to respond to them.
