Dehradun, April 11 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has termed the Rishikesh-Karnprayag Rail Project the foundation stone of development, connectivity and prosperous future of the State. The first phase of the long-awaited rail project is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
