Bharatpur, Jan. 29 -- Four passengers died and five were seriously injured after a tragic road accident occurred in the early hours of Thursday on the Agra-Jaipur National Highway, officials said.
A sleeper bus travelling from Kasganj to Jaipur collided with the rear of a trailer near Ludhawai bridge in the Sewar police station area. The collision was so severe that the front of the bus was completely destroyed.
The accident occurred between 2:30 am and 3:00 am. Local residents rushed to help passengers trapped inside the bus and assisted police with the rescue operation.
