New Delhi, Nov. 9 -- Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Sunday extended birthday wishes to Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and Mahagathbandhan's chief ministerial candidate Tejashwi Yadav.
