Purnia (Bihar), March 23 -- : Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of creating two Hindustan - one, of those people who lead a lavish life with private planes, luxurious cars and 15-20 cell phones and the other who can only afford missed calls.

"Prime Minister Modi is creating two Hindustan - one with persons having private planes, Mercedes cars, 15-20 cell phones while the other comprising Hindustan of labour class who can only make missed calls," Rahul said while addressing a public rally here.
