New Delhi, Dec. 12 -- Russian President Vladimir Putin's recent state visit to India was an indication that the Indian government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi sent its message of non-alignment as the Russia-Ukraine conflict continues, Christopher Wood, Jefferies' Global Head of Equity Strategy, has noted in a report.
