Tarn Taran, March 1 -- Punjab Police have provided an update on the encounter that occurred on Saturday in the Khehra village of the Tarn Taran district, Punjab. Investigation Officer in Tarn Taran, SP Ajay Raj Singh, stated that the gangsters involved in the incident had a "history of criminal activities."

The identified suspects--Arshdeep Singh, Robinpreet Singh, and Karandeep Singh--are reportedly involved in extortion and drug-related crimes under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS).
