Puducherry, Feb. 14 -- The Puducherry Chief Electoral Officer has officially published the final Electoral Roll for the Union Territory after a comprehensive Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise, which took place from October 27, 2025, to February 14, 2026.

This revision, with January 1, 2026, as the qualifying date, was intended to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the voter list.

According to the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, the revision involved a 100 per cent physical verification of electors, conducted by Booth Level Officers (BLOs), who personally delivered and collected enumeration forms.
