Hyderabad, June 19 -- Professor Himanshu Rai, Director of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore, delivered the convocation address at the 107th Convocation Ceremony of the Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering (MCEME), Secunderabad, on Thursday.
