New Delhi, Dec. 3 -- The Delhi High Court during Wednesday's proceedings heard the matter begin with rebuttal from the defence, which challenged and dismissed all accusations raised by Rani S Kapur against Priya Sachdev Kapur regarding Sunjay Kapur's estate.

Senior Advocate Rajiv Nayar, appearing for Priya Kapur, opened the hearing by rejecting the accusation that Priya had moved Sunjay Kapur's assets abroad or concealed any part of his estate.

"I have filed a detailed list of assets, and every transaction is in the list... No money has been moved abroad," he told the Court, calling the allegations "baseless and reckless".
