New Delhi, Nov. 28 -- Chanakya Defence Dialogue 2025 commenced on November 27 at the Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi, bringing together military leaders, global strategic experts, diplomats, industry leaders and young scholars, according to an official statement from the Ministry of Defence.
President of India Droupadi Murmu graced the inaugural session today, with Gen Upendra Dwivedi, Chief of the Army Staff, delivering the keynote address.
