New Delhi, Jan. 11 -- : Slamming TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee for comparing Goddess Sita with Hathras gangrape victim, Union Minister for Culture and Tourism Prahlad Singh Patel on Monday said the 'anti-social elements' that have become public leaders are out of control, and something should be done to control them.
