New Delhi, Jan. 14 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday filed a Supplementary Prosecution Complaint (SPC) against the 18 accused persons, along with the main accused and mastermind Rajiv Nayan Mishra, in the Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Exam-2023 paper leak case.

ED's Lucknow unit filed the SPC under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, before a special PMLA court.

ED initiated an investigation on the basis of an FIR No. 166/2024 dated 06.03.2024 registered by the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (UPSTF) at Kanker Kheda Police Station in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
