New Delhi, March 17 -- As the Raisina Dialogue commences in New Delhi, Polish Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Wladyslaw Teofil Bartoszewski emphasised the significance of the annual conference, calling it a key forum for global discussions on international relations.
Marking his third time at the event, he highlighted its unique role in bringing together world leaders, policymakers, and experts from across continents.
