New Delhi, June 13 -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday and briefed him on the evolving situation in the wake of Operation Rising Lion launched by Tel Aviv against Iran.

PM Modi shared India's concerns and emphasized the need for early restoration of peace and stability in the region.
