New Delhi, Jan. 30 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to Venezuela's Acting President Delcy Rodriguez and the leaders agreed to deepen the bilateral partnership, with a shared vision for bringing the relationship to new heights.
Sharing the details in a post on X on Friday, he said, "Spoke with Acting President of Venezuela, Ms. Delcy Rodriguez. We agreed to further deepen and expand our bilateral partnership in all areas, with a shared vision of taking India-Venezuela relations to new heights in the years ahead."
The conversation between the two leaders comes after the capture of former Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro earlier this month.
