Moscow, Nov. 7 -- The International Municipal BRICS Forum in St Petersburg concluded with the signing of over 70 cooperation agreements, marking a new chapter in intercity and international collaboration. Representatives from 75 countries participated in the event, which focused on financial, technological, and cultural partnerships.
