New Delhi, June 2 -- Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MP Manoj Kumar Jha on Monday wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, urging him to call a special session of Parliament to discuss the recent cross-border military operations against Pakistan.
