Bhubaneswar, April 22 -- As many as seven people were arrested for allegedly kidnapping a minor in Bhubaneswar, said the police on Tuesday.

The arrested individuals include Basuni alias Subhrakant Mohapatra (22), Somu alias Somnath Das (21), Bicky alias Chinmaya Kumar Nayak (22), Sandip Routray alias Rocky (22), Sagar Nayak (21), Sujata Jena (19), and Nibedita Das (20).

The seven accused involved in the meticulously planned crime were arrested across Khurda and Nayagarh districts.
