In a noble gesture, Sumi Hansda, the Sarpanch of Sanakhuntia Panchayat in Odisha's Gopabandhunagar block, has launched 'Muthae Chaula' (Rice for the Needy), a mission aimed at providing food to orphaned children and others in need.
