Bhubaneswar, April 29 -- A week after the brutal terror attack in Pahalgam, the Railway Police Force (RPF) in Odisha carried out a flag march and conducted a thorough security inspection at Bhubaneswar railway station on Tuesday.

Luggage screening was performed with the help of sniffer dogs to ensure passenger safety.

Additionally, the RPF launched an awareness drive, educating travellers on security measures while commuting via Indian Railways.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired a meeting with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan, and the three service chiefs.

National Security Advisor Ajit Doval was also present at the meeting.
