Bhubaneswar, June 19 -- Bharatiya Janata Party leader and Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi will be building coaching institutes, which double as a library and reading centre in Odisha's Khorda district will be funded through a newly devised "convergence model" for proper utilisation of the Members of Parliament Local Area Development Division (MPLAD) funds. Sarangi said that she will also be teaching at these institutes on a volunteer basis.

Under the convergence model devised with the Khordha District Collector, half or more of the funds needed for development projects will be provided through MPLAD, and the other half will come from various central and state government schemes.
