New Delhi, Dec. 9 -- Accused in the Northeast Delhi riots larger conspiracy case, Umar Khalid, has moved a plea in a Delhi court on Tuesday seeking interim bail to attend his sister's wedding.

He is an accused in a conspiracy case and has been charge-sheeted under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, along with other accused persons. Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) Sameer Bajpai of Karkardooma Court is to hear the plea on December 11.

Umar Khalid has sought interim bail from December 14 to 29. His sister's marriage is scheduled on December 27.
