Mumbai, July 11 -- The officers at the Mumbai Airport Commissionerate, Mumbai Customs Zone-III, made a seizure of suspected NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) (Hydroponic Weed), weighing 33.355 Kg on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

The NDPS (Hydroponic Weed) has an illicit market value of approximately Rs. 33.35 crore across six cases. A total of seven passengers and one receiver were arrested.

On Wednesday and Thursday, based on specific intelligence, Customs officers at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMI), Mumbai, intercepted one passenger arriving from Malaysia.
