Bhopal, July 2 -- Madhya Pradesh Congress President Jitendra Patwari on Wednesday congratulated Betul MLA Hemant Khandelwal for being appointed as the new Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President of the state.

Speaking to ANI, Patwari said the BJP government in Madhya Pradesh has proven to be thoroughly corrupt during its 17-18 months in power. He expressed hope that Khandelwal's leadership would bring sternness to the party and government.
