Bhopal, Feb. 3 -- Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav extended greetings to everyone on the occasion of Basant Panchami and welcomed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the upcoming Global Investors Summit (GIS) scheduled to be held in Bhopal.
