Bhopal, June 5 -- Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav participated in a program centred on World Environment Day at Kushabhau Thakre International Convention Centre (Minto Hall) in Bhopal on Thursday and formally started "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam" campaign on the occasion.

Additionally, CM Yadav also planted a sapling on the premises of the convention centre under the campaign. As the theme of Environment Day this year is "Putting an End to Plastic Pollution", many important steps related to environmental protection were observed during the program keeping it in mind.
