Kampala, Oct. 16 -- Minister of State for External Affairs and Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Kirti Vardhan Singh, met with Uganda President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and conveyed the personal greetings of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The meeting focused on further deepening the traditional and multifaceted partnership between India and Uganda.
