New Delhi, Nov. 24 -- Delhi Congress chief Devendra Yadav has written a letter to the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) of Delhi alleging irregularities in the voter list in the Ashok Vihar Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) by-election.

In a letter, Yadav wrote, "I want to bring to light the theft and destruction of Purwat. This is the 13th Wazirpur Industrial Area. Most of the workers live here, which clearly means that the voting rights of the workers have been stolen as part of a conspiracy. Rahul Gandhi is not repeatedly delaying the Commission's work. We know that it is our turn to speak for Rahul Gandhi."
