New Delhi, Feb. 6 -- Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge on Thursday warned the youth to not "fall prey" to the alleged "lies" of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that the future of the country remains dark in the hands of the BJP government.

"I want to warn the youth of the country not to fall prey to Modiji's lies, read the history of the country and avoid RSS propaganda. What will a person who lives only in history create for the present and the future?" Kharge said in a post on X.

He said that PM Modi was blaming Congress instead of talking about issues including unemployment, inflation, falling rupee and economic inequality.
