Pune, Feb. 5 -- Traffic on the Mumbai-Pune highway remained severely affected for more than 24 hours after a chemical-laden tanker overturned at Khandala Ghat, leading to long tailbacks in the Urse Maval stretch.
Commuters reported a lack of timely information and traffic diversions from authorities, with several vehicles stranded for hours despite tolls being collected.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, February 4.
Speaking to ANI, a traveller from Kolhapur expressed frustration over the lack of communication from authorities.
