New Delhi, April 18 -- Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi wrote to Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and urged the state government to enact the Rohith Vemula Act to ensure that no one faces caste-based discrimination in the education system.
