Leh (Ladakh), Jan. 29 -- : Sonam Wangchuk, the social reformist from Ladakh whose life story inspired the Bollywood film 3 Idiots, has claimed that he was placed under house arrest and also asked by the union territory administration to "sign a bond" that he will not make any statement or participate in any public gatherings over recent happenings in Leh for one month.
