Adelaide, Dec. 18 -- Australia wicketkeeper-batter Josh Inglis, who was bought by Lucknow Super Giants for Rs 8.6 crore at the recent Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 mini-auction, has confirmed that he will miss part of the 2026 season due to his wedding in early April, with the tournament scheduled from March 26 to May 31, as per ESPNcricinfo.
Josh Inglis said he did not expect to be picked at the IPL auction due to his limited availability because of his wedding, and was surprised to initially go unsold, and only found out he had been bought later after waking up to messages.
