Dehradun, Sept. 16 -- Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Science and Technology, Earth Sciences Jitendra Singh, on Tuesday, inaugurated the "Centre of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence, Skill Development, and Innovation" at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University).
