India, March 21 -- New Delhi [India], March 21 (ANI) Hundreds of students at Jamia Millia Islamia are in distress as the university has yet to release the results of semester examinations conducted in December for nearly 100 courses.

The prolonged delay has caused uncertainty, with students struggling to apply for internships and freelancing jobs due to the lack of official marksheets.

According to university officials, results for 382 out of 481 courses, including graduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate programs, have been announced, but 99 courses remain pending.

Of these, 62 courses are facing delays due to complications related to marking schemes as per the National Education Policy (NEP), the officials said.
