New Delhi, Feb. 4 -- External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Tuesday congratulated Maxime Prevot on his appointment as Belgium's Foreign Minister. Jaishankar expressed eagerness to work together with Prevot to strengthen bilateral, European Union and global partnerships.
