New Delhi, Sept. 10 -- Congress leader Jairam Ramesh on Wednesday extended his best wishes to C P Radhakrishnan for being elected as the new Vice President of India.

He recalled the very first Vice President, Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan's words to act towards each party with fairness and impartiality, with ill-will to none and goodwill to all.
