Jabalpur, July 17 -- A case of forced religious conversion by a gym trainer has come to light in Madhya Pradesh's Jabalpur district on Wednesday.

Speaking to the In-Charge of Adhartal Police Station in Jabalpur, Praveen Kumar Kumre stated that, along with the case of forced religious conversion complaint, the accused also reported being subjected to "bad touch" by the trainer.

"A 21-year-old woman has filed a complaint that a man from another community in her gym tried to convert her religion. There is also a case of bad touch during a workout. A case has been registered under the relevant sections, and the accused has been arrested," Praveen Kumre said.
