Mumbai, Aug. 9 -- On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, INS Pralaya, under the Headquarters Maharashtra Naval Area, hosted a heartwarming event with specially-abled girls from the Anandi Foundation.

The girls tied rakhis to naval personnel, their smiles brightening the deck.
